Clear platform access does not blur service responsibility.
These terms describe the current basis for using the Chaman Global website and platform. A request, account or public page is not a substitute for the separate scope, engagement terms or professional responsibility that may apply to a particular service.
Core distinctions
Website use, service routing and professional engagement are different things.
The operating model is designed to make those distinctions visible before important property, professional, financial or business actions are taken.
Website and platform use
The website provides public information, service discovery, request intake and access to authenticated platform features. Users should provide accurate information and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security and availability.
Requests are not automatic engagements
Submitting an enquiry, consultation request, property requirement or other form allows the request to be recorded and reviewed. It does not by itself create a professional engagement, guarantee acceptance, confirm a fee or promise an outcome.
Responsible entity or professional
Chaman Global coordinates cross-border service journeys. Property, legal, financial, tax and other regulated or specialist work remains with the entity or professional properly responsible for that work, and any required engagement terms are confirmed separately.
Property information
A property appearing on the platform does not amount to a title guarantee. Source, marketing authority, availability, freshness and verification are treated as separate facts. Transaction-specific inspection and due diligence may still be required before commitment.
Payments and money
A quote, invoice, payment and revenue are separate records. A transfer screenshot or other evidence is not confirmation that funds have been received or allocated. Payment obligations and handling instructions depend on the applicable invoice, engagement or transaction process.
Accounts and security
Client and staff accounts are personal to the authorized user. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and should report suspected compromise promptly. Privileged platform functions may require stronger authentication and role authorization.
Documents and communications
Documents, messages and updates made available through the platform are connected to the relevant client or service relationship. Uploading a document does not automatically verify its authenticity, legal effect or underlying claim.
Availability and changes
The platform may be updated, maintained or changed as services and providers evolve. Features that depend on a third-party provider may be limited or unavailable until that provider is configured, operational and appropriate for the relevant use.
